Eligibility
Residents must be 55 years of age or older. Income restrictions apply to some units. Section 8 Portable Vouchers are welcome. Some units participate in the Project Based Section 8 program. This program allows applicants with annual incomes below $27,150 (one person) to make rental payments based on 30% of their income.
