Eligibility
Eligibility requirements include: 16-21 year old young woman parenting one child under five years of age, homeless or soon to be homeless, satisfactorily following her FDP through the Department for Children & Families, Economic Services Division.
Independence Place offers apartments for families participating in the Lund Family Center programs in Burlington. Rents are based on household income. For leasing information, please contact the Lund Family Center at (802) 859-0468.
