Eligibility

Residents must be 62 or older or disabled. Applicants must have incomes below $25,850 annual household income (for one person). All units at Richmond Terrace participate in the Section 8 Project Based rental assistance program. This assistance allows the resident to make rental payments based on 30% of their income. Preference given to residents of Richmond, Huntington and Bolton.

Richmond Terrace is located on a residential street with pastoral views and is less than a mile outside the charming village of Richmond. The village offers a variety of local cafes and stores. The 16 one-bedroom and efficiency apartments at Richmond Terrace offer spectacular mountain views and spacious lawn areas. Richmond Terrace is owned by a local community group and opened in 1986.
