Summary: Responsible for a full range of property maintenance duties including painting, heating and ventilation troubleshooting and repair, responding to work orders, minor plumbing and electrical work, snow shoveling, and landscaping. The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations at the properties he/she is assigned to, including; building a trusting relationship with residents, creating a sense of community among residents, oversight of expenses, and be in compliance of all regulatory requirements. Qualification: Must possess a high school diploma. A degree in Social Work, Business or related field is preferred. SASH Program Associate
Summary: S/he provides administrative support to the SASH Statewide Administrative Team. This position includes managing the statewide staff directories, as well as the referral tracking system and logistics with online and in-person training’s. Customer service is key as this position often serves as the first point of contact people have with the SASH program through e-mail or phone inquiries. Show your creativity by creating a monthly SASH newsletter and helping with our staff intranet system.
Qualifications: Must possess an Associates Degree or equivalent college level education in Business or related field. Must possess at least two years of general administrative experience. Summary: The Occupancy and Compliance Specialist is responsible for processing paperwork to verify residents meet regulatory set-aside requirements of the property, and working with applicants and processing move in paperwork and re-certifications. Job responsibilities include interviewing housing applicants/residents and preparing data for entry into Property Management software regarding Occupancy (Move In, Interim and Annual Re-certifications) Assists with resident records documentation to comply with appropriate affordable housing regulations. He/she will perform housing recertification’s which will require traveling to Cathedral Square communities and meeting with residents. Assists Occupancy and Compliance Manager with regulatory reports, audit preparation and other duties as assigned.

Summary: Provides care and services to residents who are functionally, physically or socially impaired within the scope of license at our Assisted Living Residence, under the direction of the LPN Supervisor.
