BURLINGTON – Heineberg Senior Housing will host a reception for the month long Seniors in the Arts Show on Tuesday, June 20 beginning at 2:30pm. The event is free and open to the public. Entertainment and refreshments will be provided.
The common room at Heineberg Senior Housing has been transformed into an art gallery for the month of June featuring work by many of the residents and also from other area artists. “There is some beautiful work displayed,” notes Assistant Property Manager Gabrielle Hammond. “One of our residents who will be 101 in July has asked me to read two of her poems as well!” Seniors in the Arts is a collaboration of the Heineberg Senior Center and Heineberg Senior Housing.
