RICHMOND – Richmond Terrace will host an open house Sunday, November 5 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in celebration its 20th anniversary. The event is free and open to the public. Light refreshments and tours of the community will be provided.
Richmond Terrace is a 15 unit affordable housing community for seniors and people with disabilities owned by a local community group, Richmond Housing Inc., and managed by Cathedral Square Corporation (CSC). Located at 220 Thompson Road, Richmond Terrace provides affordable one bedroom and efficiency apartments to people age 60 and over or who are disabled.
Cathedral Square Corporation is a non-profit, state wide developer of affordable housing, a property manager specializing in resident service coordination, a licensed long term care provider, and a technical assistance resource. CSC was created in 1977 by the Cathedral Church of St. Paul.
