ELIGIBILITY
Residents must be 55 or older. Households with a maximum annual income of $49,980 for one person or $57,120 for two are eligible for tax-credit apartments. Households with a maximum annual income of $41,650 for one person or $47,600 for two are eligible for subsidized apartments, which cap rent at 30% of income. These limits are as of March 2025. Section 8 portable vouchers, which also cap rent at 30% of income, may be used for tax-credit apartments.
DIRECTIONS
From I-89 take Exit 12 (Williston and Essex Junction) and turn onto VT-2A South toward Hinesburg/St. George. At the intersection of VT-2A and VT-116 South, turn left onto VT-116 South. Continue for about 3 miles and turn left onto Kelley’s Field Road. The Kelley’s Field community is directly ahead.
