Located across from Hotel Vermont and overlooking Battery Street and Lake Champlain, Cathedral Square Assisted Living occupies three floors in our flagship high-rise community on Cherry Street.
Waitlists for one of these homes can last for years, but we have market-rate apartments available now. If you can afford market-rate rent payments ($1,248 per month) for a year and you qualify for a subsidized apartment at the end of that period, you can jump to the top of the list for a subsidized assisted-living apartment.
Cathedral Square Assisted Living features 40 efficiency and one-bedroom apartments with kitchenettes. Meals, activities and a variety of amenities are included.
