Cathedral Square Assisted Living Interest Form

We have a one-bedroom apartment available at Cathedral Square Assisted Living for individuals who have the ability to pay privately or those with a personal housing voucher. This community is designed for adults 62 and older or individuals with disabilities of any age who need assistance with personal care in a supportive, downtown Burlington environment.

Eligibility - Two Options:

Option 1 - Private Pay: Monthly rent is $1,405 plus $3,464 - $5,572 for care services (per person). The care service fee is determined based on individual needs. Asset minimum: $100,000. Personal housing vouchers are welcome.

Option 2 - Subsidized: Available to households with a personal tenant-based voucher who qualify for Medicaid. Maximum annual income of $54,540 for one person or $62,340 for two people.

Admission is dependent on nurse assessment for all applicants.

Rent Includes: Heat, electric, water/sewer, and trash removal are all included in your monthly rent. Section 8 vouchers are welcomed.

Community Amenities: Cathedral Square Assisted Living offers a secure, accessible building with an elevator within Cathedral Square Senior Living, overlooking Lake Champlain in the heart of downtown Burlington. The community features resident garden space, a hair salon and whirlpool bath, and is conveniently located on the Green Mountain Transit bus line with SSTA transportation available. The location is walkable to local shops and services, and close to UVM Medical Center.

Assisted Living Services: All residents receive 24/7 care with nurse oversight, three daily meals plus snacks, medication management, housekeeping and laundry services, assistance with transportation, and daily programming.

Wellness Support: All residents have access to SASH® services, including a full-time on-site SASH coordinator and part-time wellness nurse to support your health and independence.
